MANSFIELD, Mass. — A tractor-trailer rollover is snarling the morning commute on Interstate 95.
The tanker crashed near Interstate 495, and a lane of travel on the northbound side of I-95 is blocked.
Traffic is backed up for nine miles, according to Massachusetts State Police.
Motorists are urged to seek alternate routes.

State police said the crash closed all northbound travel lanes, and drivers headed to the area should find alternate routes.
State police said the truck did dump fluid on the road, and clean up could take a while.
State police did not have an estimate on when the roadway would reopen.
LOWELL, Mass. — A Westford police sergeant pulled an injured man from the path of the man’s rolling truck after a crash Tuesday morning.
Sgt. Marc Proia said was called to Robinson Road at about 9:20 a.m. after a recycling truck hit a telephone pole, The Lowell Sun reported.
A neighbor started screaming that the truck was rolling. Proia pulled the man by his arms out of harm’s way, the newspaper reported.
The truck then struck Proia’s cruiser.
The man was being treated for his injuries.
MONTEPLIER, Vt. — A Massachusetts tractor-trailer driver who crashed on a Vermont highway during a snowstorm and then stepped out into the roadway has been hit by another vehicle and killed.
Vermont state police say 45-year-old Lee, Mass., resident Robert Trombley was traveling on Interstate 91 in Fairlee on Friday morning when his tractor-trailer slid and hit a guardrail. They say the tractor-trailer was stopped in the middle of the interstate, blocking both lanes.
Police say Trombley got out and was standing in the travel portion of the interstate when he was hit by an oncoming vehicle during whiteout conditions.
A second vehicle hit the back of the tractor-trailer.
Trombley was taken to Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, N.H., where he was pronounced dead.
