Felina’s Ginger Shrimp Fried Rice©
(2) Cups of Brown Instant Rice
(3 1/4) Cups of water
(Cook this ahead of time so that it has time to cool. Separate it once cooled)
(2) Tablespoons Sesame Oil
(1) Cup of Fresh Corn (frozen if fresh is not available)
(1 ½) Cups of Fresh Peas (frozen if fresh is not available)
(2) Tablespoons Of Fresh Ginger (finely chopped)
(1/2) Cup of finely chopped carrots
(1/3) Cup of finely chopped green onion
(2) Tablespoons Soy Sauce
(2) Tablespoons of Olive Oil
(1) Worcestershire Sauce
(1) Bag of small shrimp
Heat two tablespoons of olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add the green onion, ginger, and carrots, stir fry for one minute.
Scramble and cook eggs separately for 1-2 minutes, add to stir fry
Cook shrimp in medium-sized fry pan, seasoning as desired.
Add to stir fry
Cook frozen corn, peas, sesame oil, soy sauce, worcestershire sauce separately
Then add into stir fry and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Remove from heat, stir in the rice
