How dare any establishment “fine or charge” its patrons for giving an establishment the review the feel they deserve.  Would they pay that patron the same price for giving them a review in their favor? I’m sure not. Establishments are supposed to take the feedback, good or bad, learn from it and make the appropriate changes so that are less likely to get that same bad review down the line. If the establishment isn’t willing to do this, then maybe they don’t deserve to be running said establishment. What do you think?
