On August 5, 2013 47-year-old Thomas Mello was arrested for ringing the door of a Brookline home. When he received no answer he entered the home and fell asleep. The resident of the hone was upstairs and upon hearing a couple of crashes, she went to investigate and found Mello and called the police. He was of course arrested for breaking an entering. On January 2, 2012 53-year-old Jonathan Cooper Allen of Brookline, MA was found naked in his tenants apartment, he was charged with breaking an entering in the nighttime. In 2010, Mr. Allen was arrested for driving pant-less.
