Police arrest Elizabeth Facey, 21, for OUI
MILFORD, Mass. — A crash sent a minivan into the water and four people to local hospitals Saturday night, Milford police said.
The two-car crash occurred at the intersection of Route 16 and Beaver Street in Milford.
A witness told NewsCenter 5 that it appeared one vehicle had gone through the ice.
One adult and three children in the minivan were taken to local hospitals. A passenger was seriously injured, but all injuries are not considered life-threatening.
No one in the other car was injured.
Police arrested 21-year-old Elizabeth Facey for operating under the influence, failure to stop at a red light and child endangerment. They said her 3-year-old child was in the car with her.
Foley will be arraigned in Milford District Court on Monday.
The location of the crash is very close to Route 495.
