Cessna C140 veered off runway at Gifford Field Airport, FAA says
A small plane veered off a runway at a Colebrook airport Thursday morning, according to the Federal Aviation Administration.
FAA officials said the plane, a Cessna C140, veered runway 22L after landing at Gifford Field Airport in Colebrook at 9:45 a.m.
After the plane went off the runway, it got stuck in snow, and flipped over as the pilot was attempting to get the plane out of the snow, officials said.
The FAA will investigate the incident.
Officials said all information about the incident is preliminary and subject to change.
Cause of incident under investigation
BEVERLY, Mass. — Crews at Beverly Municipal Airport are trying to figure out what left a small plane upside down on Wednesday.
The plane flipped just before noon in a grassy area at the airfield.
It was not immediately clear if there were any injuries.

No injuries on flight from NYC

BANGOR, Maine — Airport officials say a flight from New York City to Bangor slid off an icy taxiway in as it made its way to the terminal, but no passengers were injured.
Bangor International Airport says the nose wheel of the Delta flight from LaGuardia Airport went into the grass off the taxiway shortly before 1 p.m. Saturday.
The airport says the aircraft was returned to the taxiway and towed to the gate where passengers got off.
Airport Director Anthony Caruso says the plane skidded in the icy conditions experienced by much of the state through the day.
No injuries reported in Lawrence Memorial Airport incident
The Piper aircraft slid off Runway 5 as it was landing at about 3:20 p.m., officials said.
Two people were on board at the time, and neither was injured.
