Abigail Hernandez last seen in October leaving school
NORTH CONWAY, N.H. —A missing New Hampshire teen sent her mother a letter about two weeks after her disappearance, according to investigators.
Abigail Hernandez, 15, was last seen leaving school in North Conway on Oct. 9.
Investigators said they believe the letter, mailed on Oct. 22 and delivered to her mother, Zenya Hernandez, on Nov. 6, was written by Hernandez.
The FBI believes the North Conway teen is alive, but in “grave danger.”

Investigators would not offer any details about the contents of the letter, and did not say from where the letter was mailed.
Investigators again made a plea to Hernandez to reach out to her mother, other family members or law enforcement.
Hernandez may also have with her a silver heart necklace with blue stone and a white medium-sized purse with a brown handle and trim, investigators said.
The last signal her phone sent was from the west side of Cranmore Mountain Resort, 2.5 miles from Abigail’s home.
The FBI has offered a $20,000 reward for information leading to the teen’s return.
